As a Product Owner, you will bridge our business objectives and the technical execution of our product. You will work closely with different development teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure the product aligns with the company’s vision and customer needs. Your main goal is to maximize the product's value by managing and prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring the development team understands the product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market needs.

• Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog. Ensure it is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders and the development team.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates on product development progress.

• Sprint Planning & Execution: Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the delivery of high-quality increments.

• Release Management: Define the release plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring that features meet the necessary quality standards.

• Customer Focus: Engage with customers and gather feedback to understand their needs and pain points. Use this information to guide product improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Proven ability to define a product vision and strategy.
  
• Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Product Discovery).
  
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment within front-end, back-end, and UX teams.

• Certifications (Optional): Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certifications are a plus.
